Privacy Notice

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or revoke the consent you have given us. To do so, you must submit a written request in Spanish, either delivered in person to the address of PRESTADORA DE SERVICIOS CASTRO ENRIQUEZ S. A. DE C. V. indicated at the beginning of this notice, or sent by postal mail (postage paid by the sender) to the same address. This request must include the following: the full name and address of the data subject or another means of communicating the response, documents that prove the identity of the applicant or, where applicable, their legal representation, a clear and precise description of the personal data you wish to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose, as well as any other element that may help locate the data. The request must be signed and dated by the applicant. The maximum response time is fifteen business days from the date of receipt.

In the case of vendors, your information may be shared with the Mexican Tax Administration Service (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) for the company’s monthly tax filings. If you do not explicitly state your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for such use.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer the personal data in its databases to governmental institutions upon request, unless the data subject explicitly objects.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy notice, notifying you through visible signs at our lodging establishments and/or personally via our staff upon your arrival, without prejudice to using any other means permitted by applicable law.

This privacy notice has been drafted in accordance with Articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, and 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Pursuant to Article 10, Section IV of said law, the personal data collected by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. is for the purpose of fulfilling obligations derived from a legal relationship with the data subject (the guest), such relationship being the lodging contract.
